How to get your APR? -- STUDY! Online Course Starts Soon!
Robert E. Sheldon APR, Fellow PRSA
Accreditation Chair
[email protected]
Before you can do your readiness review panel presentation and take the online APR test, you need to study. This includes learning new information and reviewing what you’ve already learned from your work in Public Relations. One of the most efficient ways to study is to enroll in the PRSA online study course – PRPREP. It will keep you focused while steadily guiding you towards success – something that can be difficult if you’re trying to study all on your own.
This online study course will fully prepare you for the APR exam process. The course is self-paced, with 10 modules focused on the Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) you will need to pass the APR examination. In addition, you may sit in on free weekly webcasts, hosted by APR facilitators.
PRSA members may enroll at the member price of $195. However, if five or more Chapter members enroll at one time, National offers a group discount price of $169. If you are thinking of enrolling in the online study course, let me know, and I’ll see if we can organize a group of five or more to enroll at a discount.
Some of the free introductory webinars have already begun, but the first teaching module doesn’t begin until Sept. 8, so there is still time to enroll.
