Message from Maren Minchew PRSA-SA President 2020
Happy new year and welcome to 2020! I hope that everyone enjoyed the holiday season and is ready to kick off the new year with a bang. I am truly honored to be serving as the PRSA San Antonio president for 2020 and couldn’t be more excited for what’s in store. This year is going to be an exciting year with additional programing and lots professional development opportunities. Plus, it’s our 65th anniversary! Happy birthday PRSA SA!
The board of directors has been working hard since November to make 2020 an amazing year for our chapter, focusing on the theme of “Powering the Future of PR.” Throughout the year, we will showcase where the industry is headed, conduct targeted outreach to boost membership, provide specific programming for young pros, as well as provide unique opportunities for PRSSA students, the future of our profession.
As we start 2020, I also want to take a moment and thank all of the incredible individuals who are volunteering on the board of directors. Thanks to their hard work and diligence, the chapter continues to grow and thrive. If you’d like to get more involved with the chapter, feel free to reach out to a board member or me. We always welcome volunteers and have a lot of great committees. Don’t forget to follow the chapter’s activities via our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
I look forward to the year to come and have no doubt that 2020 will be one of the best yet for PRSA SA.

- FREE one-year chapter membership (up to $100 value)
- FREE one-year section membership (up to $65 value)
