Trish DeBerry: As president, Trish DeBerry oversees and manages every aspect of the agency. Trish has a hands-on work ethic, getting down in the trenches for our clients to create aggressive campaigns that influence public perception and get results regardless of the client’s industry or market. Frank Guerra combines his vast background and expertise in corporate marketing, political-style marketing and human-centered research to develop innovative business solutions for key clients in telecommunications, retail, health care, financial services, public safety, technology, and more.

Under Frank’s leadership, GDC Marketing & Ideation (GDC) has developed business solutions, marketing strategies, branding solutions, advertising, public relations, promotions, experiential marketing and research for its business partners and corporate clients in both the general and Hispanic markets. His clients have included Procter & Gamble, Sprint, Citibank, Whataburger, the Don’t mess with Texas Campaign®, and the Texas Department of Transportation.

Previous to establishing GDC 24 years ago, Frank worked as a broadcast journalist for more than a dozen years, first as an on-air reporter, then as a news manager. He recently assumed the role of Chairman of the Board for GDC Marketing & Ideation as part of the agency’s succession plan.
