Welcome to PRSA San Antonio

PRSA San Antonio is a professional association serving San Antonio and south Texas public relations practitioners. We're 150 members strong. Our chapter meets on the first Thursday of each month and schedules other professional development and networking events throughout the year. 

The mission of the San Antonio Chapter of PRSA is to advance communication professionals by providing career development opportunities and fostering a collaborative community where individuals can strategically and ethically practice effective public relations.

Survey Results

PRSA San Antonio Chapter Earns High Approval Rating - Earlier this year, PRSA San Antonio conducted an online survey with the goal of assessing the chapter’s image, knowledge about members, their needs and preferences.

According to the results, 90 percent of those who completed the survey say they would recommend PRSA San Antonio to others.  In 2009, the recommendation rate was at 67 percent.  In addition, 74 percent of respondents said the overall quality of PRSA San Antonio luncheons and programs met or exceeded their expectations.

Other findings include recommendations for luncheon and webinar programs, demographic data of our members and non-members, industries where survey participants work and their preferred communication tools.  For a summary of the results, follow this link.
